Scheduling Appointments

• S.T.A.R is opened Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and Fridays until 6:30 pm.
• Appointments can be scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening.
• Each patient is treated individually for 45 minutes.

To ensure continuity and consistency with your care, please schedule appointments 2 weeks in advance. By doing so, you are ensured a convenient time that suits your schedule. As a courtesy to you, an automated phone call will remind you of your scheduled appointment. This computerized system will allow you to cancel or confirm your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time with no fee.
